| Spa Considerations |

- We are here to pamper and meet your needs. Please do not hesitate to inform our staff if there is anything we can do to ensure your time spent with us is both enjoyable and relaxing.
- For Your Comfort
- All services include complimentary beverages.
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated. We request that mobile phones and pagers be turned off during treatments. To ensure your visit with us is a safe one, all salon spa materials and equipment have been professionally sanitized for each individual client.
- Gratuities
- Excluding Spa Packages, tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Gift Cards for any service or package do not include gratuity.
- Cancellations and Changes
- Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum 24-hour notice and a 48-hour notice for any package service change. We require a 48-hour notice for change in menu choice.
- Gift Cards
- Let your loved ones, employee or boss know they're appreciated with a Gift Card from Kimberly Skin Clinic and Day Spa. Please see reception desk for details. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Children's Policy
- At Kimberly Skin Clinic and Day Spa, we understand that you expect and deserve the best. In fairness to our guests and for safety purposes, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in our facility without an appointment, and may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.
- Return Policy
- We offer product exchanges or credit within 30 days of receipt date. All exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt.
